Now President of the JDB Service Group, Joe reflects upon lessons learned during his early career that are now proving to be invaluable. With his extensive experience in Maintenance, Construction Management, and Property Ownership as Landlord, Joe has a firsthand understanding of the challenges that come with owning real estate.

Brian joined JDB in 2018 with over 15 years of experience in the Maintenance and Construction Industry with a passion for Commercial Project Management. He lends his time and attention towards Project Coordination and Quality Control. As a Glenside native, Brian and his family care deeply about our local community and are proud to call Montgomery County their home.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Carlos Noboa is an integral part of JDB, having celebrated over 20 years with the company. He began his journey with JDB as a Maintenance Technician after graduating from Orleans Technical College. With his exceptional performance, he is now our Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the work order system, project assignments, and day-to-day scheduling. Carlos plays a vital role in our advanced Technician Dispatch System.

As JDB’s Lead Project Manager, Ryan has been with us for eight years. His expertise in planning, estimating, and conception plays a critical role in our extensive list of construction services. He works closely with our valued customers throughout the entire process, helping to bring their visions to life.

Having a background in bookkeeping and administration spanning over 20 years, Christine Lavallie joined JDB in 2010. As our Office Manager, she plays a crucial role in every department, fostering strong relationships with both our customers and vendors. Christine’s expertise and dedication guarantee that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, making her an invaluable part of the JDB team.

Cindy Callan’s expertise in technology has played a lead role in the advancement of JDB’s system operations. She joined the company as an office assistant and quickly established herself as an indispensable member of the team. In addition to providing essential administrative support, Cindy is responsible for managing our client database, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
