With his extensive experience in Maintenance, Construction Management, and Property Ownership as Landlord, Joe has a firsthand understanding of the challenges that come with owning real estate.

Brian joined JDB in 2018 with over 15 years of experience in the Maintenance and Construction Industry with a passion for Commercial Project Management. He lends his time and attention towards Project Coordination and Quality Control. As a Glenside native, Brian and his family care deeply about our local community and are proud to call Montgomery County their home.

Carlos Noboa is an integral part of JDB, having celebrated over 20 years with the company. He began his journey with JDB as a Maintenance Technician after graduating from Orleans Technical College. With his exceptional performance, he is now our Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the work order system, project assignments, and day-to-day scheduling. Carlos plays a vital role in our advanced Technician Dispatch System.

Having a background in bookkeeping and administration spanning over 20 years, Christine Lavallie joined JDB in 2010.
